Anxiety 102: Managing Anxiety through Behavioral and Cognitive Strategies

The interactive workshop focuses on cognitive and behavioral strategies in managing anxiety.  After explaining the rudiments in understanding anxiety and related emotions, participants are engaged in practicing at least 4 behavioral strategies in managing this emotion.  Cognitive strategies and meaning making are likewise elucidated and practiced with participants.
